FAQ
Common enquiries
Can I suggest a correction?
Send the property name and the specific error to [email protected]. We verify every report and update the page when it stands up.
How do you choose what to include?
We publish on Vietnam and Cambodia exclusively in this edition, and only add a property once the full rubric has been applied to it.
How should I read the ratings?
Scores rank properties against each other within Vietnam and Cambodia. A lower number often signals a different purpose, not a worse stay.
Does this site handle reservations?
We do not. Vostinera publishes reviews only; requests submitted here are passed to the resort, which handles the booking and holds the contract.
