New World Hoiana Beach Resort
Low-rise beachfront within the same estate, suited to family beach stays.
Our assessment
New World Hoiana Beach Resort sits in Phu Quoc, Hoi An, and Phnom Penh and reads, from the first minutes in the lobby, as low-rise beachfront within the same estate. This assessment covers the room product, the service layer, the dining programme, and the practical business of getting in and out of the building.
It suits family beach stays more than any other group, and the fit is specific enough that guests outside that description often find the property does not match what they wanted from the trip. The stay is defined by all sea-facing rooms, beachfront pools and family villas.
One practical point carries more weight than the score: all rooms face the sea across a low-rise layout. Guests who plan around that single fact tend to rate the stay higher than the headline number would suggest.

Practical questions
What are the parking arrangements?
Both self-parking and valet are provided. Charges apply nightly at most properties in this region, so confirm the current rate when you book.
Do I need dining reservations?
For the signature restaurants, yes — weekend service in particular fills well ahead. The all-day dining room generally takes walk-ins.
How do cancellations work?
Cancellation terms are set by the property and vary by rate. Flexible rates usually allow free cancellation up to 24 to 72 hours before arrival; prepaid rates typically do not.
